A prestigious ceremony was held on 7 February at Emirates Hills, Dubai, hosted by Mr. Syed Kashif Ali, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova, in honor of H.E. Mr. Anatol Vangheli, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to the UAE; and H.E. Mr. Hussain Muhammad, Consul General of Pakistan in Dubai.
